The Westeros Bleeds, although great control, isn't going to put people in the dead pile (neither will Threat from the North) so I think your going to get limited use out of Rhaenys's Hill.
I think some Free Cities Mercenaries (TBoBB) lurking in the shadows for after a Valar/Bleeds or during Fear of Winter would help and it compliments your burn ability.
