Anyone used this to really good effect?
I feel like it would be a no-brainer if there were more search effects but as is...75 cards is a lot.
Far from a no brainer. This will hurt you more then it helps in 9 out of 10 cases.
That was kind of what I was trying to say. 75 cards is such a steep price you would need more good search effects than currently exists in the game to make your deck run consistently enough to overcome the shortcomings.
I was mostly asking if anyone HAD been able to put this to good use in a way I couldn't think of.
One of our meta managed top 16 in a regional with a Large Marge deck (Tyrell banner of Wolf and Lion). It didn't hurt his chances that he somehow consistently got the Arbor on setup though!
I keep thinking Stark wolves can get something with this - having use of 2 search your deck plots (3 if you go for a Maester search too) and a potential deck search event mitigates the downsides well.

it must have the 'banner' trait to run it, so only the 8 fractions are legal
I believe he is referring to the upcoming agenda Trading with Qohor. I see no reason not to be able to run two of the same, nut sure how good it can be, though.
