Hot garbaaage.
I like the Idea, its a Merchant. You invest in her and then you might get more back but there is always the risk of a ship sinking at sea...
However the ROI is pretty bad. I Icon strength 2 is rather bad so you need to get one gold through to compensate for that. So in the end she is bad tempo and quite rieky so no thanks. Another Card for the binder
The character design is currently shifting from board centric to more value based. While this card is obviously not very efficient, it can create a lot of value over some turns. It is currently not viable to lose tempo for a potential advantage later on, but this could easily change with cards like Valar Dohaeris, that punish decks that try to win with tempo and cards that synergies with the bestow keyword (Unbridled Generosity) or with the merchant trait.
