It does seem broken. can't wait to try it out. the new trend tends to be punishing big cost characters, when the old meta was punishing low cost decks.
Lotta uses here.
It seems built specifically to be an anti-Varys card. But you could also use it in anticipation of a Valar (like your own) to strip off a dupe or bodyguard from an opponent's character.
I don't mind giving the huge characters with ridiculous abilities something to worry about, but this seems a bit too strong. At the very least, maybe it shouldn't be 0 cost.....
