This one seem great against the Targaryen match up. It counters Astapor in a way, and might allow your characters to survive Dracarys too. Timing will be key.
Being first player becomes more important in that matchup.
Could be a big piece in a Frey Hospitality deck.
It could be better than Astapor since it gives bonus STR to each participating character.
Crazy good honestly, espc if you play Rains of Castamere or need to return Olenna's Machinations from discard pile to use it again for additional challenge or as fuel for new Queen of Thorns's reaction to draw event for free or getting more STR for Mander card draw, so many great uses of being able to easily win with 5 or more STR.
I don't think this card is better than Astapor, since that card can be used to completely nullify small challenges and also to burn huge characters. This is a good card, but won't terrify opponents in the same way.
