It's not terminal. So maybe best used as a 2 gold = 2 card on some opponent's weenie. Even better on a cost reducer. It can draw cards in marshaling phase then.
Or more likely act as choke. I'm not convinced 2 gold + 1 card is worth 2 cards, I'd rather just use it on their best character. If they don't kneel Victarion out all game, I'm fine with that.
The fun play will be in Lanni Stag just before playing Mel.
What I miss on this card is Ambush. Any attachment which costs 3 or more gold is hard to pull off. Even for Lannister. Had there be option to ambush it though....
Fever Dreams, I guess, could create some synergy with Taena Merryweather, Red Keep Spy or Queen's Assasin.
Is the text on this card "Opponent’s character only" referring to ownership or just control?
Also (in case it means control) what would happen if I have Bronn, opponent will out-pay me on him, then I use Fever dreams on Bronn and next round I pay him back. Will the Fever Dreams be discarded as the text on the card prevent it to be used on my characters?
If you take control of a character that has an attachment that you control that says "Opponent's character only", then this attachment becomes illegally attached, and is discarded.
