If Drogo's Arakh is attached to Khal Drogo, he doesn't kneel when he attacks in first military challenge as described, so he can still be used later, e.g. for defending or attacking in power challenge. But since Khal Drogo grants additional military challenge, can he perform two consecutive military challenges each turn (which makes him really powerful card) or that second military challenge must exclude Khal Drogo?
Yes, he can perform two military challanges, if he has the Arakh.
