So if trigger Euron's ability, find a Kingsroad and then next turn I use the Kingsroad, the Kingsroad goes back into my opponents discard pile. If I trigger his ability can I take that same Kingsroad again? I did that like four times last night and it feel really cheap and unfair.
That's entirely correct. Whether it feels cheap is up to you - your opponent played into it by using his Kingsroad and not controlling Euron. Compare Euron to Tywin, who generates 2 gold a turn even IF your opponent doesn't cooperate, and is also a tricon with renown (and often has more STR). Tywin is by far the stabler economy. Euron doesn't generate his if he's controlled (knelt), loses a challenge, and while it's 3 gold, it's only useable on characters.
No, Euron as an "economy" card is fine, but far from the best. Euron really shines when he grabs a Ghaston Grey, or a Wall - something that really justifies his ability.
It's legal. It's not like there is some unwritten rule limiting an effect to once per game per card.
You can always choose not to trigger the ability, or to take a different location, if it feels cheap and unfair.
What happens if I take control of a Unique location? Say I take my opponents Arbor. Can he play another copy of an Arbor even if I have his card in play? Isn't something similar where Yoren takes control of a character the opponent can't play another copy of that same character?
He cannot.
RRG pg22:
Unique Cards
A player cannot take control of a unique card if he or she already controls or owns an in-play copy of that card. (emphasis mine)
If a copy you own is already in play - even if you don't control it - you cannot marshal/put into play another copy.
If a copy you control is already in play - even if you don't own it - you cannot marshal/put into play another copy.
What about the other way around? I made him discard the Iron Throne, he saved it by discarding the Dupe, why can I not take control of that Dupe? (on theironthrone.net). That makes totally no sense...
There is a more detailed ruling on this in the official FAQ, section (1.3):
✦ A player cannot marshal or put into play a copy of an opponent’s unique card if another copy of that unique card (owned either by the player attempting to bring the card into play, or by the opponent who owns the unique card that is attempting to enter play) is already in play or is in its owner’s dead pile.
