Can this ability discard a milk on one of your characters?
Basically who controls an opponents Milk of the poppy on YOUR side of the field?
I thought it was you so you couldn't use this ability but I was playing a game and was told that i was wrong.
So i read the RRG ownership and control but couldn't find a definitive answer.
Ill have to rethink this character if i was wrong and it'll be going in a deck or two
You control cards you marshal, unless they say otherwise, even when they are marshalled onto opponent's characters. That means that if one of your characters got milked, unless it was you that actually marshalled the milk on them, it's an eligeable target for Rattleshirt's Raiders.
