Since the card doesn't specify this, I assume it's perfectly fine to discard anyone's copy of the milled card? I had a melee game recently when I used tickling on one opponent and discarded his Milk of the Poppy, just to get rid of another Milk (of another player) from my character in play
Yup, as you say, since the card doesn't specify.
The Tickler is far more annoying than i would have thought. I don't like his tickling at all...
Some interactions in this vein for pillage and it'll get interesting.
