Strangely low rated for me. Deny a challenge - no questions asked. Great for stalling, which seems Martells (till now lackluster?) schtick. Too bad when you are first player though...

Trouble is that all too often the challenge the opponent most wants to get through is the one they do first. Also Sneak Attack is popular early doors and this card does nothing there.

Throw in the second player restriction and it becomes a card that makes Fealty decks, and just misses the cut otherwise, at least for me.
