Questions. After I attack successfully with 5 or more str, then uses this card from the shadow to attach it to an opponent character. The attached character still get return to hand? Or it must already be attached to character then compare str to activate the effect?
You attach this in the action window before the challenge resolution, so by the time you can use its reaction it is already in play and the character bounces back to hand.
