What happens if the top card is an event? I assume as the wording states: put into play, and events are played, u cannot play it. My assumption is that it returns to the top of the deck. Is this correct? Whereas an attachment, character or location can be put into play. Also, I assume a shadows card cannot be put into shadows, only directly into play.

I think nothing happens with the event, it goes back to the top.
