and it should be limited, 1 copy per deck, one use per round restricted card ... its broken
OK guys this card is so bad, just put it in your binders and forget about it.
it's just another thing buffing targ burn.
If she is on the field when you use "dracarys!" then she can kill:
Asha, Balon, Mirror Dany, Doran, little ned, greatjon, and greyworm.
Do the same combo after using the "Blood of the Dragon" plot and she can kill:
Cersei, Daario, Big Ned, Euron, Jon Snow, Renly, Barristan, Stannis, The Hound, and a no gold Tywin.
Tell me again why this is a bad card? honestly I wish it had the "Stormborn" trait and just cost a little more.
Core Daeny does the same thing while she is standing, and not only while you play an event. And as u say, she does not have the "Stormborn" trait, so she cannot stand, gain renown or stealth (with her Dragons). It's hard to see how this card would be better than Core Daeny. But well, I guess it's highly situational.
There could conceivably someday be a cost that reduces str.
Time to get that Lingering Venom out for a spin.
Only if they participate in the challenge though. This one you can't dodge. I could see this in a burn oriented annals deck.

Resolve the effect of the event first, then you can trigger reactions to it.
