I'd like to think this card has some potential. Tommen only costs 2 gold, plus he has both Lord AND King traits, which can be useful in some situations. As for the effect, it would most likely be useful in Melee. On another note, the artwork is really nice, imho.

Worst case he's a cheap power icon for Lannister that turns off most opponents Kings and allows Treachery to be played. He's a decent card (and anyone expecting anything more from a young child was always going to be disappointed!)

What does it mean when Tommen turns off most opponent kings?

 

A lot of King-related cards have advantages if your opponent doesn't control a king (See Balon Greyjoy (Clash), Renly Baratheon (Clash), or,  for instance Beggar King). By having your own King on the board, you're negating some of their advantage.
