I guess you can't spam the effect for as long as you have military icons? xD
Really? Doesn't 'initiate this effect again' refer to the 'each opponent kneels 1 character', not to the whole 'When revealed'?
Hmm. In that case in order to kneel 2 opponent's chars you have to kneel 3 yours chars. Bad deal.

Can I trigger Forced March with Ygritte: is cost also a card effect?
I believe kneel is cost, so you could kneel Ygritte to force opponent to kneel one of their characters.
