I have a hard time believing that this version will replace core Viserys anytime soon. He can be annoying by forcing opposing kings to kneel, but unless you have a Dracarys or something, it's more of an irritant than a threat (though the Nedliness of that alone is admirable).
Hoarding power on a 3- cost char is not very effective in a meta full of First Snow, Ser Ilyn Payne, and Ward.
