The Raven can also go on the drugs with Milk of the Poppy.

Not that many would do this in general!

The real question is: Why does this have to have so many downsides? Weak Icons/Stats for the cost, risk of getting sacrificed, you have to win dominance AND there has to be a Summer or Winter plot revealed. I wouldn't play it even if it had one less of these weaknesses, as is it is unplayable in my oppinion.

A two cost *non unique* character that gets you a power every turn is pretty damn good. Compare it to Gendry, who has a similar ability but costs twice as much and puts the power on himself, rather than your house. The disadvantages need to be pretty damn severe, but even then the only one that's a real issue is the plot limitation - any Bara deck that wants to play this shouldn't have too much of an issue with the other drawbacks.
