Interesting different take on the fool characters (Moonboy and Butterbumps) that we got in the first cycle. Doreah only has conditional insight, but in return is a bicon and doesn't have the drawback of having to discard a card if you lose a challenge in which she's participating. I think those pros might outweigh the con, and Targ is so short of card draw that she'd probably see play regardless, so nice card.
2 cost, 2 strength, loyal bicon would would be worth a slot in fealty with blank text. The potential card draw makes her an auto 1x for fealty, and maybe 2x, and probably worth a slot in decks with another agenda.
Well, Doreah shared her insight on "household" matters with Daenerys. No doubt about it. Her text depicts just that.
Same stats than a House Maester, and she is loyal and sometimes let you draw... That looks like a good card!
