So this stacks with Melisandre, yes? Asshai gets marshalled, and both their kneel abilities go off. Because of Asshai's R'hllor trait.

I don't know that I would call that "stacking" because the two reactions have no interaction with each other and will not be able to affect the same character. Rather, the two reactions share the same (effective) triggering condition and, since there are no limits to the number of different reactions you can use for the same triggering condition, both reactions can be triggered.
