is it just me that thinks the art looks like the PC game's CGI from medieval total war?

Would a power moved on an opponent's character by the reaction of King's Robb Host on defense be considered that the character gained power? Or is moving power different than gaining power?

I assume they are considered the same, but just to be safe :)

The tipping point of Tully Rush Power Madness right here folks!

- If a player gains power for a card under his or her control, the player takes the specified amount of power from the treasury and adds it to the card.

Nope, gain and move are different terms. Compare to Riverrun's wording:

Reaction: After power is gained by or moved to a House Tully character, kneel Riverrun to have that character gain 1 power.

Awwww, it would've been quite funny though :P Would've gave me more reason to tinker with a Stark/Stag dominance deck.

Considering his effect does not specify a character you control. If an opponent's character would gain power through Renown, say, Would Edmere Tully take that power from the opponent's character and add it to a House Tully character?

That is acceptable, yes. Keep in mind that renown is optional, so your opponent will likely quickly figure out not to take that power. Either way, it's a great thing for you!
