I can feel the Dissensions already

So when compared to Mirri Maz Duur, advantage is that he has military icon and does not replace claim, which is big, and it is a neutral card so you can put him in any deck, any agenda.

Disadvantage is that you cant reduce him with 1 gold Targ reducers or Targ fiefdoms( unless you make an ocean road deck), he is an Ally which is not an important trait nowadays but might be bad if someone techs Dissensions(doubt it atm), but aside from an obscure counter he also has quite a hard counter in Lani treachery to his reaction after he enters play, and he has limited amount of targets(max 3) he can kill and you might even not want to marshal him early with smt like Trading with Pentoshi if  lets say opponent currently has just one so-so unique character in play because you are the first one to marshal, aaaand in future if we get more cards to remove tokens that might be a problem too.

Overall a pretty cool card, might be too expensive at the moment. Ill try to play him in a Tyrell deck, to help him win solo challenge with Margaery and all that Arbor gold to play him.

I do think he's pretty underrated. I don't think he's noticeably worse than Mirri, and I hear she's pretty good or something?

That said, despite singing his praises, I just cut him from my GJ Crossing deck. So maybe he's garbage after all. I suspect he's just a superstar in a very specific deck.

When you compare him to Mirri the problem is that for him to get full use your opponent has to have all the (3) unique targets on board which you want to hit. While Mirri is in play every new threat your opponent plays can still be dealt by her and in some cases she can even force your opponent to hold onto those cards untill they can deal with the Mirri.

Not a fan. Dead on setup and from extremely sub-optimal to practically unplayable in the first couple of turns in joust games. Once there are enough targets on the board, usually in mid-game, Valar is around the corner, so, barring standing effects, he'll rarely have time to expend all of his kills. Being ally and a neutral 7-coster doesn't help either, even though I heard that he knows his way around great halls. Moreover, Treachery is omnipresent and many decks utilize the Begging Brother already. Too many drawbacks in including him in a deck. Comparing him to Mirri is plain wrong. She's so much better.

You know who's a better 7 cost tricon for GJ crossing? Euron. A better neutral 7 coster would be Mance.

If I initiate a challenge with Jaqen and Osha (Stark-action: stand her and remove from the challenge) and then pull her out of the challenge, and still win, Jaqen will then be elligible for his trigger ,correct?

That's correct.

@NikolaP- Thanks.
