This is such a risky card. I don't want to give my opponents 3 Gold for this.
Yet, another way to think about this is "a FREE 3-strength power icon / claimsoak in a house that always wants more power icons"
If you use reducers to bring her out you can spend the money on Neutrals/events, so you might get value from her.
Best case scenario: marshal Tanda when you're second player on the turn you drop Supporting The Faith.
Remember that you do not have to trigger the reaction, it's optional.
When going second, which is not that uncommon for Lannister as their best fitting plots have rather low reserve, I think it should be a good option when it is the third or higher round. Until then, you should have emptied his hand already. So he will likely play the two cards he draws or at least one of them and if not, it will likely be events that he can afford then anyway. When I think abaout it, it will then even not really matter if he is going first, as he will likely have enough money for those two cards anyway.
Or as a nice Loot enabler in some form of Gj/Lanni build.
