Does this give 2 power is the character is below 0? For example, if I reduce a 3 STR character by -4 STR with Crown of Gold? That character would be -1 STR? Or is 0 the minimum you can be?
When you calculate a character's STR, anything less than 0 is always rounded up to 0 (even though the calculations are always started from scratch for the next calculation).
