I think this is a great card for LotC in general. I'm putting it in my Tyrell LotC for sure
If it all came together (unlikely but possible), that's 7 challenges between intrigue and military if you were to play this card.
And the pair of them are still standing afterwards!
Great card! But I guess u can't use it together with Sneak Attack, right?
Cannot always supercedes can.
There remains no way to override sneak attack.

Rains into sneak attack (make sure its your last attack tho)
Sneak Attack overrides Relentless Assault ("cannot" supercedes "can", says so right above your comment).
Also, Rains of Castamere and Relentless Assault both require faction card kneel.
