I saw this same question pop up somewhere but cannot find it : does gaining an affiliation override the original affiliation, or add the new affiliation to it? Eg-I have a neutral character, does that character now become soley NW or both NW and neutral. Eg2- I have a stark card, does the card changeto nw or become both? The word Gain in the rules seems to imply it would stack, not replace.
It stacks with other factions, but neutral is not an affiliation so it will go from "unaffiliated" to "affiliated with NW," losing its neutrality.
