If you bounce Ulf in with Harrenhall or the Lanni events, does he get to add his own strength to his strength?
I think yes
but regarding rules my logic was wrong several times.
The only thing I miss is something to give a Clansman the Intimidate. Preferably some location like "Vale Mountains": kneel Vale Mountains to give an attacking Clansman Intimidate until the end of the phase (limit once per round).

So you can ambush an 8 strength character using Attack from the Mountains event. That's a nasty surprise...
