Obviously great in any Stark deck, working particularly well with the army (war plot), Eddard (get him in an intrigue), and Hodor.

But, best of all, Catelyn can go into military so they can't cancel your Ice.

This is a card that inspires me to build decks. The combo potential is amazing, and the stats are great. Now, to decide if I want to go Fealty, Xing or Banner some house.

This. ^

Hodor and Catelyn immediately jump to mind as fantastic targets but don't forget the Direwolves. Sometimes Stark doesn't need the extra Military but could use a boost for Power or Intrigue.

The Flexibility just makes this great.

Do they have to have the same icons or can any Stark participate in any challenge?

I think the whole point is that they don't  have to have the icons--it uses similar wording to Jon Snow. Otherwise it would have pretty limited usage.

Do they have to have the same icons or can any Stark participate in any challenge?

You need a Stark character with the right icons in the challenge in the first place.  Then you can kneel any other Stark character, regardless of icons, to have it participate in the challenge alongside the first character.

You can even use the plot's ability on characters that have been Stealthed as you aren't declaring them as a defender, just having them participate.

This card reminds me of the Cavalry trait from Legend of the Five Rings

Probably the best card in the pack. I suspect the chapter pack reviews will give this a 100% rating.

Since it doesn't say "...kneel another Stark character you control..." couldn't you use this ability to kneel one of your opponents Stark characters to have them participate on your side?

Nah, kneeling is a cost, as it says in the RRG you can only pay costs with cards you control.

So how's everybody's experience with this plot? So far, this plot isn't as impressive as I initially thought. Both times my Stark Fealty deck was hit by First Snow and afterward it really rendered Wardens of the North useless, as my board has many characters that are affected by it. Hopefully WotN will make Wardens better with more characters who aren't susceptible to First Snow.

I used it against Greyjoy (with Asha and Theon on the board) combined with Wildling Scout. Gave Catelyn stealth then was able to defend int and power with both her and Eddard, and had Arya out and duped to be able to defend mil with her and Eddard. Obviously I'd only get 2 of those 3, but it definitely helped.

I think it's as impressive as expected, if you manage to play it when your board doesn't get reset. I ussually wait until after the First Snow or Wildfire. Last night my opponent attacked in pow challenge with Balon and Asha, stealthing Catelyn and Robb. I defended with the Kennel Master, then used the plot to get Catelyn in. Yes, the challenge still went UO due to Balon, but he couldn't trigger Kraken, or stand Asha. It's really hard for the opponent to keep track of all the things you can do with this plot, and how they can screw them over. I love it honestly.

Sorry, new player here.  I'm confused on how Asha and Kraken don't trigger if the challenge was considered UO?  Any help is appreciated.

Probably because of Catelyn that prevents the use of abilities.

So if a character is stealthed, he/she can still be added to the challenge? Presumably because this plot does not involve declaring the added character as a defender?

Exactly :) Being brought into a challenge is different than being declared as a defender.

Does the "kneel another Stark character" limit the additional characters to one in a single challenge?  Or does the "limit twice per round" mean I can kneel two characters in the same challenge, or just one character in two challenges?  TIA

You may do it up to twice in a single round, as two separate challenge actions (1 kneel/participate for each). These may be in the same challenge as two consecutive actions, or in different challenges, on offense or defense.
