Text might want changing, since it adds a unique Lannister character, not a unique Stark character.
What @SavvySteve said, brings in a Lannister not a Stark.
As for the card, it seems pretty decent. Price is right and there's a good chance in a Lannister Fealty deck of hitting with it. And if you can grab The Hound it becomes fantastic since you can choose not to discard a card and grab The Hound back to hand before you would have to discard it.
Don't know if there are enough unique Lannisters yet to make it really reliable though...May not really come into its own until we expand the cardpool a bit.
How would this react if you pulled a dupe of someone you already had? Would the dupe still be discarded because the wording says "card"?
From the rules:
A duplicate is only considered a blank “duplicate card†while it is in play. So it's still a card.
Figured that was the case but wanted a second opinion
