Not bad for banner material
Not the best, but Night's watch really needs another 2 cost character, so he will definitely be in pretty much any Nights watch deck for a while.
NW does not need any cheap Mono-icons. It needs solid 4G bi-icons, preferably with INT. You setup two of those guys you can be sure you will see Frist Snow of Winter or Wildfire Assault (when you exceed 5 chars).

so I have a question. If I have three of those guys out and I marshall a northern rookery, it gets reduced by 2, i draw into another location, a Kingsroad for example can i then play the Kingsroad for free since the third guys reduction wasn't used or nope
No, because The Kingsroad will not be the first location that you've marshaled this round.
