This card, above all else, is an Ice enabler. Just fantastic at getting around someone taking the military icon of your character with Ice, or kneeling him/her. Also makes for a great surprise in mid-challenge.
- I agree getting Ice into a mil you won is the top use
- Moving Nymeria to get a good kneel of a big character (Bara pay more for that ability!)
- Mid challenge strength pump from Needle, Knighted or Widow's Wail
- Sudden bonus icon movement!
- Mare in Heat can go to a character in a challenge (does need 2 knights in play though) to boot someone out - eg Balon.
- Tumblestone Knight can have all the Milk of the Poppy he wants!
- Rickon can be Attainted and Condemned, for that incident where he had some Motley applied and got Stnking Drunk, but was then Paid Off for it with a Fishing Net. He then took over from King Fast Eddie to become King Rickon, albeit briefly
(that would be quite the melee game!)

Can this be used to shift a Crown of Gold in the marshalling phase?
Yes, but only if the character target with Crown of Gold survived. The burn effect from Crown of Gold would resolve before you could play Arya's Gift.
This card is amazing. I have query about Seal of the hand?
It could clearly be used to move seal from a lord/lady to another lord/lady, but what would be the case should the seal of the hand have already been knelt on that first character, before using arya's girt to move it?
I.e Seal of the hand is on Robb, and has been knelt to stand him. During an action window, I can move Seal to a kneeling Sansa. Does the seal of the hand reset , thus enabling me to stand Sansa, or does it maintain it's knelt state?
Either way , I love this card. So many appilcations.
I believe you would not stand Seal of the Hand.
You would only stand it during the standing phase, or if it left and re-entered play, or if an ability specifically said to stand it.
