My friend played Bara-kneel and beat everyone in our group.  Time to show him whose boss.  Lost to this list 3 of the last 4 times.

Maester Caleotte: remove Melisandreâ€™s intrigue icon, then kill her with Tears
Obara: not strong but still useful; Bara kneel decks feed off power challenges.  She defends EVEN when kneeling
Rattleshirt: get rid of milk, bodyguards, etc.
Palace pearmen: solid tricon when second player
Jaime: AMAZING against Robert. Robert: +1 STR for each kneeling character.  OH WAIT! Jaime doesnâ€™t knee when attacking military.  OH SNAP!
Queenâ€™s Assassin, Gold Cloaks &amp; Burned Men: ambush after Melisandre has knelt your characters
Tyrion: need gold for ambushing and events
Cersei: Bara characters are expensive so player may not be able to get out first or second round. If youâ€™re lucky to get Cersei out early perhaps you can discard a character. Not very reliable strategy though so I only take 1.
Tickler: hopefully he is still standing by dominance. Bara plays 3 copies of Melisandre, Robert (and sometimes Stannis). Discard dupe from the top and wave Mel/Rob/Stan goodbye
Arienne: return her during challenges and put a standing character in
Edric: Why Edric you ask? Bara player usually ignores him (STR 1 no icons) and he doesnâ€™t get knelt.  Pay 1 gold and stealth Robert. If you have enough support you are almost guaranteed to win a challenge.
Merchant, lender &amp; littlefinger: reducers, coins and cards

Milk: no explanation needed
Seal: get at least one of your knelt characters back. Great for Jaime
Widowâ€™s wail: 1 cost ambush for +2. Bara players are as overconfident as Robert. They donâ€™t see things like that coming.
Noble Lingeage: deck is a little low on power. Boost with attachment

PttS: ambushers can help increase your military win by 5+
PttT: need to get rid of red keep
Tears of Lys: Duh
Handâ€™s Judgement: sometimes a good defense is the best offense 
Treachery: cancel Melâ€™s kneeling effect or Stanâ€™s standing effect

Sunspear: for 2 gold that can be a pretty powerful location
Lannisport: increase card draw
Kingroad/Roseroad/Fiefdoms: the usual

Why no Tywin: expensive and in my experience has rarely been worth it.  Bara kneels or milks him every time.
