Deck seems very low on characters, especially at the 2-3 cost range. If Widow's Wail is the main reason for the Lanni alliance then Tyrell may make a better choice as that still does strength pumps and has a 2 coster non unique with intrigue too.

Between 30 and 35 is what I have done so far.
