With this deck, my main goal is to get the Wall out, get Sansa out, hopefully get the Iron Throne out, and then just enough characters to oppose all 3 challenges. In most cases, this will net me 4 power per turn. I now play Feast for Crows, because it can replace the Wall for a turn if you can't get it out and works perfectly with 3x Iron Throne.
I hate to remove Confiscation from the deck, as having Benjen milked can really hurt. But it had to be done to solve bigger problems. I considered taking out Fortified Position as well, but decided that it is too valuable against stealth and Balon.
Syrio further strengthens the deck's case versus stealth and the Unsworn Apprentice is a nice addition for flexible defense (though it hurts when you have to play Fortified Position with him out.)
The Little Birds protect your characters from Plaza of Punishment, which is really nice since Targ is a big weakness for the Night's Watch, considering they have so much character removal that burns through saves from Aemon and dupes. Sansa and Arya especially. It provides additional icons for Arya, Benjen, Bran, Eddard, Old Bear, Syrio and Tumblestone knights, so it isn't a dead card by any means.
With the new chapter pack out, I'm really excited to continue testing this deck and we'll see if it, or my other deck, Night's Watch Banner of the Sun, will be the superior deck. They have a lot of similarities, but a lot of differences as well.

In order not to make a mess in NW thread I will respond here, hoping this will be the new trend.
Castle black x2 in CS enviroment is not a big problem, but when Will hits the standard it will be 100% essential to have x3.
Lately I rediscovered Fortified position. It is certain +2 For Wall in one round.
What is more this deck is so poor in INT chalanges I decided to make it an advantage: I added 2xDirewolf Pup and 2xLike Warm Rain (Instead of Tumblestone k.)
Just recently tried Night's Watch banner and I quickly cut down to 2x events as well as you don't want them twice in your hand.
I think Yoren is fine and I included two marches for it, but that's in the banner deck. Sometimes you don't mind marching a previous Yoren or a raven. I do think you made the right call here, as Sansa/Arya are clearly better.
Fortified Position might be good for the wall, but it screws your Aemon, reducers (which you need for lack of location econ), Sansa, Arya and ravens. At least Will is fine.
At Stahleck I also played a similar deck and the builder had included a Noble Cause just for 1x Eddy and 1x Mormont, and I didn't like it. You play even less targets. I'd drop it for that Marched. Your other money plot can play those 3-drops just fine.
I was talking to some people in the NW thread and they convinced me to remove Noble Cause for Fortified Position. (and now I've put Noble back in)
I've only played 1 game so far with the change, but I didn't hate not having Noble Cause.
I'm not sold on Marched, mainly because I always want my defenders. Throwing away a reducer for most factions is no big deal, but my reducers are extremely important. They're the only reducers with an intrigue icon for defense and, if I have good intrigue coverage, they are important because NW doesn't have reducing locations.
If I added Yoren to the deck, I could get away with Marched to the Wall, but I don't run him. And I am very happy with my character base. I'm not sure what cards I would remove for Yoren, so changing a plot just for 1 character that would probably be just a 1x or maybe 2x seems like a reach.
But at the same time, Marched is good post Varys board wipe, if they kept a Tywin due to dupes or something. So it's a tough decision.
Fortified Position may not be the final solution because, as you said, it sucks if they milk Aemon during that turn, and Arya and Sansa lose their purposes. But if I have the icon spread and really need to proc the Wall, it's good to play fortified position just to guarantee Mel and her kneel or Greyjoy and their stealth don't mess up my defenses.
I've also considered Feast for Crows, because 6 gold is really good and that 2 power could be significant. But the 4 reserve hurts and I am not sure if I am willing to commit to it yet.
We'll see. I am very confident in 6 of my 7 plots. It's just the last one I need to sort out.
In a typical game with this deck, how many times are you able to play and trigger Benjen Stark's 2 power upon kill Interrupt? I imagine you'd be hoping for two times at least. Playing Wildfire yourself to kill him for the final 2 power must be a fun play.
Also, what do you think about 2X Lady, to help fuel the Sansa power engine?

Thanks, great deck!
I trigger it on average once per game.
A lot of times, I can trigger it several times. I had one game where I won because I was able to play and trigger him in 3 consecutive turns.
But then, obviously, there will be games that you never see him.
Getting him twice in a game is a good game and almost guarantees the win.
Wildfiring Benjen is an amazing play to end the game haha. It basically makes you win at 13.
I briefly considered Lady, but if I were to put Lady in, that would decrease the number of targets down to 10 characters out of 36. So there will be several turns where it could be a dead draw, especially when you're top decking looking for defenders of the Wall.
And it doesn't really fuel Sansa, as much as it gives you the power a phase earlier.
Sansa's power gain is still only once per round, so if you kneel her to defend, stand her with Lady to gain the one power, you can kneel her again, but won't gain a second power from her that round when she stands at the end of the round.
If you're interested in seeing the deck run, you can watch some games of the deck on my youtube channel here:
Ah yes, of course, Sansa triggers just once per round, regardless of how many times she stands, thanks for the reminder.
Thanks again. I am really enjoying this deck type, with my own minor tweaks. If I ever have any competitive success with it, I will be sure to credit you properly of course.

I'm glad you're enjoying the deck. I love credit, but I love people playing NW even more. Good luck in any future tournaments you may enter!

Fortified Position is a good call. I might have to add that in.
The only problem is finding space for it. Maybe Noble Cause, as it is only a 2 net gold drop and is not killed by Naval Superiority.
But then I'd have to mulligan until I get at least one rose road each game, which can be left up to chance.
I dunno.
Maybe Marched to the Wall, although it feels so Nedly to have that plot, I'd be upset letting it go.
I'm a little upset about taking Building Orders out of my deck, but it was either that or Marched. That may be a change down the road.
