For plots, A Game of Thrones doesnt fit this deck, it effects you as well, and there arent enough intrigue icons here. Rebuilding is also a weak plot, I would recommend Marched to the Wall (critical tactically to kill an opponents big character after you manae to kill everything smaller some turn with claim/dracarys/plaza), and Counting Coppers (important in Targaryen because you have no card draw location).
Also Dothraki sea is almost worthless right now. Go with 1 more Illyrio's Estate and anything else.
