Aggro Combo Fun
Use HB money to punish the runner for stealing agendas with an absolute ton of Meat damage

I think this deck is similar in theory to a Midseason/Scorched deck. It's vulnerable to not having the right bits at the right time, but a handful of new cards have made it slightly more of a threat.
The main plan is to use the huge amounts of money HB has (in here, every card that isn't ice or meat damage is economy) to rez large ice and create superservers that you can score 3 point agendas in.
An additional win condition is punishing the runner for stealing agendas. The deck packs 3 PC and 3 Archives memories, and either 2 PC or 1 PC and 1 AM is enough for a kill when the runner steals 3 points (and guess what? all of the agendas are 3 points). The huge amounts of money you generate SHOULD be enough to guarantee the PCs will hit. I often leave a single 3 pointer in Archives once I have the combo pieces set up in my hand ready to catch an unwary runner.
If you have the PC kill cards in hand, Mushin No Shin is a brilliant card. It is huge economy (2 clicks to play, and gives you 4 clicks and 3 creds, plus 1 extra cred in EtF) and perfectly baits the runner into stealing a 3 pointer. And if they don't steal it? You score it next turn.
Finally, Shinobi can be a kill card if you have enough money, hence the one of to use up the last 3 influence. Bad Pub doesn't hurt you particularly, so it's good to rez anyway to keep the runner on their toes.
Really interesting deck. I've wondered about punitive plus three pointers, I'd love to see it work. Domestic Sleepers is giant for it too. I would be tempted to swap out shinobi for Jacksons though. I know it's boring, but Jackson is doubly good when you're looking for combo pieces.
Unsure about Mu-shin here. It's cool, but its almost a dead card once Plascrete hits. Of course, if the runner hasn't seen your deck they might forego their plascretes because you're HB
Yeah, I can see wanting Jackson. Often you leave a three pointer in archives to bait the runner, but if they take agendas from elsewhere it can end up being a liability. And Shinobi never really does any serious damage... you don't want to rez it as that bad pub can be damaging, so it basically waits for you to have a huge amount of money for a chance at a kill (I've found it's not bad if they've hit a Janus earlier on).
I'm going to have to disagree with you on Mushin, though. That card is amazing. I've Mushin'd out 3 pointers naked because I know if the runner steals them I can kill them next turn. You're right, runners will often throw away the Plascretes against you (at least until they see the Punitive), and you can often bag a kill against a careless runner. Even if you're not doing that, though, you can Mushin the agenda then drop down a Heimdall or Janus outside it for an easy score; it's often a great early play as the cash will roll in early on as long as you're not facing criminal. I had Mandatory Upgrades in here previously, and Mushin was a great way of scoring that too; once you had the forth click, the runner really struggled to keep up.

This is heavily based on a deck I saw posted by InnerFifth some time ago.
