HB Mandatory Upgrades

if you run mandatory it's insane not to run bitfrost
Bifrost Array doesn't work with Mandatory Upgrades. Bifrost states "you may trigger 'when scored' ability..." and in Mandatory it reads "You have..." and does not have any "when you score" -abilities. Bifrost would work with Accelerated Beta Tests, as there reads "when you score...", but I don't see any need for more of those kind of triggers.
