An interesting idea, looks cool. Though I do have some suggestions. I really love the card Underworld Contacts, but I dont think it belongs here. You need to have 2 link, and you only have two cards that give you 1 link in your entire deck. I would remove the Dyson Chips (Grimoire plus Djinn means you have plenty of MU), add 2 more parasites, and then 3 other viruses or Wyldside.
I see you're point, UC would become too dependent of DMC draw.
I'll be keeping the DMC's but will loose UC to add Wyldside (x2) and a second Parasite.
