You need a minimum of four cards to make this work, two of witch you only have two of in the deck. And you only have your Console, and three Express Deliveries to find them.
You need to make this deck faster.
If you pull a Corroder and a Force of Nature that frees up three influence for a single Test Run. Replace them with less efficient in faction breakers.
You could replace the Running Interferences with Hostage to find John Masanori faster, and pull the Satellite Uplinks or Utopia Shard for Mr. Li.
