Looks pretty straight-up. I've run a more hardware oriented version of this recently that seemed strong. My only worry for this deck is set-up time. It's got loads of money, but it still needs to draw and play its breakers. SModcode means your looking for 3 out of 6 cards to have a complete suite, which is roughly half your deck. Also, you'll want a cloak down before playing any breakers - without recursion from your heap, Power Shutdown has the potential to utterly merrick you.
