To make this deck run you need to get card draw and money fast. Ideally you will mulligan to a Duggar's in your starting hand. Then draw until you see money. Don't be afraid to plow through your deck, you can always reset it latter with Levy. Once you have card and money draw, get the breakers you need to get into Research and Development. Then drop medium, and use as many clicks as you can drilling Research and Development for the win. Brain damage shouldn’t matter with the size hand you can manage.
I like the concept. But why would you spend influence on Ninja? There are better Killers out there for less influence. Creeper or Femme come to mind. And with Quetzal's ability, I think 2 influence could go to e3 Implants to slip past a Wotan for practically nothing. I see what you're doing with Sage, but I think it's using too much influence that could go to better use. Maybe you could trade it for a Garrote and then trade Ninja for e3.
