Wouldn't this be better as a Whizzard deck?
I havn't tried it, but sure you can easily use it with Wihzzard.- I prefer Noise, because trashing the top of R&D seems stronger to me, when you repeatly use parasite, with Deja Vu.
I went to a local tournment and only lost 1 out 5 games with this runner deck, and got a 3. place overall.
