It looks good but why not 3 e3?

Influence, plain and simple.

I think I just found a base for a Quetzal build :-)  Don't mind me while I take a variant of your deck for a spin...

Scud, why did you go with Deep Red over Grimoire? I understand that it'll get your Knights working for you quicker, but it seems to me that the saved click might come at the expense of MU for the non-Caissa whereas Grimoire would allow for a bit of flexibity in program installation order.

Honestly, I originally had Grimoire but I went with Deep Red because 1) It lets you get those Knights out quicker; and 2) Djinn takes care of Datasucker and D4V1D. Grimoire would be fine and eases the need to find Djinn early (although it's still a good early play).

Interesting build.

I was wondering: why Darwin over Overmind (especially with Deep Red) ?

Darwin is tutor able with Djinn and isn't reliant on timing. Also, Overmind is best with recursion and you need all your recursion for D4V1D.

You could swap one Darwin for a Crypsis (still tutor able with Djinn, slightly more flexible in the end game.)
