Except for the autofail token. The best part is that you get to play it after the token is revealed, so 93.5% of the time it works every time.
being a 3pip it keeps it out of non-rogue decks, for now. and it only is for that players chaos pull. so it's limited, but great when you need that +. it also doesn't effect the other non-number tokens, so far as i know. the reference card might have the - on it, but this changes the token, not the card.
Can you use this on Skulls/Cultist/Table? Appears that people don´t agree if you can or cannot.
They don't have a "-", ergo you can't use it.
Technically they do have a negative modifier (if the scenario reference card says so). Or was it clarified somewhere that it explicitly must be a numbered token?
Probably worth a designer clarification. Humorously, as written I'd say you can play it after drawing a symbol token with a negative modifier -- you've met the play criterion of revealing a chaos token with a negative modifier (assuming it does indeed have a negative modifier) -- it just doesn't do anything because that physical token is unsigned and the last bit specifically says "token", not "modifier". They probably mean to either qualify the criterion as numerical chaos token in the first bit or say "modifier" rather than "token" in the last bit. I expect it's the former.
Does anyone know why this card is not in deck builder?
It is in the deckbuilder. Perhaps you had the wrong selection criteria or started with an investigator that wasn't allowed to include this card.
