You have to play it and trigger it 3 times before it matches an Emergency Cache, after that using it puts you are ahead on resources. I think that means it could struggle in a solo game, but easily trigger enough if played early in a 3-4 player game.

The real downside is the clash with Holy Rosary for the accessory spot. I would rarely give up +1 Will to have this and with it already costing 3XP, I don't think it's good enough to justify buying Relic Hunter to allow multiple accessories.

I suspect it will only get play in larger games and in deck designs that need a lot of extra resources.
