Hit-and-run style deck featuring Nyarlathotep 2.0. Negotium locks up your opponent's chumps, limiting the amount of defenders he can muster to stop Nyarlathotep and his Avatars. Meanwhile, your "chumps" are classic jumpers like Black Dog, Master of the Myths, and even Dirk Sharpe, who can provide early-game defense and remain relevant at stories even with Negotium on the board.
The deck minors in card advantage through support card superiority. Arcanis, Hanyatl's 1:9, and even a sacrificed Will of Azathoth can trigger Artifact of the Lost Cities, making sure your draw doesn't get bogged down with the Resilient Nyarlathotep. Crystal of the Elder Things both supports and is supported by jumpers. Will of Azathoth provides further control of your opponent's commitments. And Vale of Pnath stops untimely losses you suffer at struggles - especially good for negating the Investigation struggle at Negotium, making the conspiracy take twice as long to win.
With Negotium on the board, Elisabetta Magro can continuously bounce your opponent's 3+ cost dudes, making it tough as he tries to outnumber your constantly self-bouncing guys.
