Naval Tactics doesn't work in this deck, as it's Steadfast to Miskatonic. I replaced them with extra copies of Reallocate and Gang Warfare.
Thanks for the heads up - I've completely overlooked that. And your way of solving the problem looks good, too.
how do you resource cards with a deck like this? I would be worried knowing that I probably have only one copy of this card and I am throwing it into my domain. never to be seen again the whole game.
