The Westerlands would fit well in your deck.
What would be a good cut?
Maybe one of economy locations (Street of Steel or Flea Bottom), more draw wouldn't hurt (Widow's Wail) or another Harrenhal.
Btw, what are Red Vipers doing on a Lannister deck?
What Red Viper? I cut one copy of Mel, street of steel, and A House Divided, and I added The Westerlands, Widow's Wail, and another Harry the Riverlands.

Ah yes, it was a bit difficult for me morally to build this deck, but you'll notice I refused to include Gregor Clegane for obvious reasons
