You might try 2 x Shores of the Summer Sea, since your restricted is an event. What character do you fetch with Summoned? Put 1xFlea Bottom Scavenger for first turn draw capping.
I Fetch Quentyn or if he's in hand, Obella. Turn 1 Flea Botom Scavenger is a tried & true trick I somehow neglected to add
