Should add, I've run this for a few games now and it seems to be working nicely.
Not a pro myself, but I have a few comments (hopefully not too late):
1) What's the point of Hollow Hill if you're not running the Brotherhood agenda (will have power on house; 1st ability doesn't apply) and have only neutral characters (no characters with an affiliation; 2nd ability doesn't apply)?
2) I'd change Twilight Market for The Roseroad/Searoad; all are 0 cost limited with essentially the same effect, but gold is still more universal, and it also boosts your Fanatical Follower (the location, not gold ;p).
3) Not sure about the number of attachments; if you plan on moving in/out of shadows often (for skills) they will fall off. Flaming Sword does virtually nothing if it's not on Beric (unless you play against Targaryen burn or something, which probably will easily deal with attachments).
4) For the purpose of the agenda, I'd run more surprise effects (such as Rusted Sword) to grab a win in defense, though I'm not sure if this is a valid tactic for the game. No one will attack you if you have strong defense (which itself is good ;P), thus you won't get a chance to use The White Book.
